If further advanced imaging is needed he will order MRI's or CT's to make the proper diagnosis.  In order to make an accurate diagnosis he may ask for an x-ray of your back and neck (if needed ). Only after this initial examination will Dr. Dixon offer a recommended course of treatment. Based on the analysis of your initial examination, your treatment could consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies, rehabilitation or acupuncture.
